How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery time is typically 5–12 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to carriers, weather, holidays, or high order volume. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help.
